Mike was born and raised in St.Catharines , Ontario, Canada in the beautiful Niagara Region. He’s a second generation Peace Officer and is a current Member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police on Vancouver Island. Mike is a proud husband and father and enjoys spending as much time as he can playing family board games and watching the Mandalorian Series with his family. Mike has a strong passion for collecting police memorabilia and anything else he can nerd out on with regards to Police, Fire, Paramedicine and Search & Rescue. When he’s not staring blindly into audio editing software you can usually find him hitting the pavement or on the treadmill training for his next race.

Hailing from the frozen arctic tundra that is Saskatchewan, Mike knows the definition of a “dry cold”. Having now planted roots on beautiful Vancouver Island, he’s decided this will be his last of 6 transfers in the RCMP. A busy and proud father of three young kids, he enjoys the relaxing time that being a beat cop gives him. Coming from a family that is full of nurses (his beautiful wife being one) and paramedics, Mike decided to take the route of law enforcement instead…also the only job he could get with a high school education. Mike, like Eric, also enjoys sharing his knowledge of useless facts and can’t wait to challenge him in a game of Trivial Pursuit.

Mike was born and raised in Victoria BC. He likes long walks on the beach and... Oh wait... wrong write up... Mike has served in support of Police services on Vancouver Island for over 15 years. As a new father, he enjoys sleeping... If his newborn allows. As a former paid, professional nerd, Mike enjoys relaxing by painting and modelling. Mike hopes to spread the word of the lighter side of the lifestyle that is Police, Fire, Paramedicine and Search & Rescue, while paying respect to these first responders that work each day to make everyone else's life better. And of course, enjoy a few good donuts along the way.

Erik was born and raised on central Vancouver Island and still has never purchased a gortex rain jacket claiming that being damp builds character. Coming from a family where service and sacrifice have been a tradition for generations Erik was naturally drawn to a life serving his community and country in law enforcement and has been a regular member for 6 years. Erik is also a self admitted history nerd , a never ending fountain of useless facts and much like Mike T avid collector of police memorabilia.
